I'm building a map to include with the invitations and RSVP cards. I am pretty sure most everybody will be getting into Round Rock via IH-35 south. So That is how the map is built. At the moment I need to rename some land marks, and some exits. I was wondering however if I should include hotel information, restaurants, or anything else on the map?
While I'm thinking about it, hotels and more importantly room rates. I think it would be a wise idea for everyone to stay at the same hotel. Here's why, if we all choose to stay at the same hotel we can get a group discount... the more room nights we buy the better the discount. So we need an accurate count of who is coming down. Also I'd like to know a good rate to aim for.
I think this blog can be a great tool in getting everybody on the same sheet of music we need only use it. So please leave comments, talk to us and talk to each other.
